Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD)

About MADD:​
Mothers Against Drunk Driving was founded on September 5th, 1980 by a mother who lost her thirteen year old daughter to a drunk driving accident.

The mission of Mothers Against Drunk Driving is to end drunk driving, help fight drugged driving, support the victims of these violent crimes and prevent underage drinking.
The Sisters of Chi Kappa Rho raise money throughout the year to donate to MADD through various events and fundraising.

The Sisters host the annual March MADDness basketball tournament each March! Teams of 5 can register to play and raise money. All money raised is presented to MADD! 
The 2023 March MADDness tournament will take place on Thursday March 23rd from 6:00-10:00 pm at the University of New Haven's North Campus

The Sisters also host a MADD Walk on campus to bring awareness to the dangers of inpaired driving!
